General Information.
If you plan on sending us a computer file to print from we recommend you review our page on Things to keep in mind when creating files for print.

Online File Transfer

Files can be submitted by using the Send a File link on the left and by filling out a small online form. To access the online forms you need to set up an online account by clicking the Start Here button on the Login page. After you have logged in you will need to fill out the online form. Select how you wish to send your file(s). At the bottom of the form are 2 options available for you to choose from:

• Attach Files: This option allows you to attach a compressed file (Mac-Stuffit or PC-Zip) to your form and send it.
• Attach Files - Uses Automatic File Compression: This option will allow you to select multiple files, automatically compress them for you and send them. (You will need to have previously downloaded and installed the Launch Helper)

Another way is by using our Haas Printing print driver and Launch Helper. These two components need to be downloaded and installed only once. Click here to install the Launch Helper and Haas Printing printer driver if you have not previously done so.

Once these 2 components are installed simply select print from within the application you created your printing project. Choose HaasPrinting as the printer you would like to print to and click (Print) or (OK). Your web browser will then be opened and take you to our web site. If you are requested to enter your E-mail Address and Password do so. Next select a corresponding form from the drop down list and answer the questions on the form regarding you printing project. The last step is to click (send) at the bottom of the page. Your file will be sent to us and you will receive a confirmation screen with a job tracking number.

After the job has been processed you can view a soft proof (PDF) of the project you sent by clicking on the My Jobs tab after you are logged in. Next select the job number you would like to see a soft proof of. Click the (View Soft Proof) button to view and print a proof of your job. Click the (Accept) button to approve your proof. Once you accept the proof we will start production of your job. If something is not as you planned, click the (Reject) button. Fix any problems and resubmit your file.

Compressed files (Mac-Stuffit or PC-Zip) may be attached to an e-mail and sent to: prepress@haasprinting.com

FTP (File Transfer Protical).
Please contact our prepress department to set up an FTP.

UPS and FedEx.
Acceptable Media includes: DVD, DVD±R, DVD±RW, CD, CD-R, CD-RW, and most flash media.
Computer Disks can be sent to:
