General Estimate Information.
In order to give you an accurate estimate we require specific information regarding
your printing project. Listed below are some of the specifics we require:
Quantity
How many finished pieces do you want?
Flat Sheet Size
What is the size of your project before folding?
Folded Size
What is the finished size of your project after folding and trimming?
Paper Name
What is the name of the paper you want for the project?
Examples: Opus, Cougar, Productolith, Etc.
Paper Color
What is the color of the paper you want for the project?
Paper Finish
What is the finish of the paper you want for the project?
Examples: Uncoated, Coated, Matte, Smooth, Linen, Laid, Etc.
Paper Weight
What is the weight of the paper you want for the project?
Examples:
20 lb Bond - A normal copier paper.
80 lb Book/Text - A common brochure paper with a gloss finish.
12 pt. C1S - A common paper for postcards, business cards, or rack cards. C1S
stands for ‘Coated 1 Side’.
110 lb Index - A common inexpensive, uncoated, tag.
Inks Front Side
What color(s) of ink do you want for the front of the project?
Inks Back Side
What color(s) of ink do you want for the back of the project?
Bleeds
Are you are going to have an object bleed (printing to the trim edge of the
sheet), please extend the object an 1/8" beyond the edge of the sheet?
Bindery Operations
Examples: Folding, Numbering, Scoring, Perforating, Etc.
Materials Supplied
Please specify how you are sending us this job.

Online Estimates.
Haas Printing offers you many different ways to request an estimate. The easiest
is using the online estimate form. The form
consists of a series of questions
which you can answer and submit online. Simply click the Request
an Estimate link on the left to access the online estimate form. To access the online
forms you need to set up an online account by clicking the Start

the questions on the form and click the submit button at the bottom of the
page. Simple and convenient!
